• A receipt or proof of purchase is required
• Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items

• Sale or discounted items
• Items returned after 7 days of delivery

How to Request a Return

2. Share your order number and photos of the issue
3. Our team will review your request within 2 business days
4. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or store credit

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be issued as store credit within 5–7 business days
• Cash refunds are processed within 7–10 business days for eligible cases
